Policies

 I understand that life can be unpredictable and occasionally events may come up that will require clients to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

• 24 hour notice: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your appointment I kindly ask that notice is given 24 hours in advance. This will give someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment for that time. This also allows you to cancel without inccurring any cancellation fees.

• Same day notice: Any same day cancellations can be charged a fee up to the full cost of the service.  Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment for a more convenient time, in this case the cancellation fee will be waived as long as the rescheduled appointment is held. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once the therapist reserves the right to charge up to the full cost of the service.

• No Shows: In the event that the client forgets or intentionally forgoes the appointment without giving notice to the therapist they will be charged the full amount of the service they had scheduled.

*We understand emergencies do happen, these will be handled on a case by case basis. If a client has been experiencing any illness including fever, vomiting, diarrhea or any knowingly contagious infection we request that you reschedule your session. Winters in North Dakota carry their own hazards, if the weather is bad we prefer a client reschedules their appointment for their own safety, and I will do my best to give as much notice to you as well If I have any of the same situations occur.

LATE ARRIVAL

It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Arriving late may result in a shortened therapy session in order to stay on time with appointments reserved with other clients. Regardless of the length of the session the client will be held responsible for the full service fee or what was originally booked. Out of respect for my clients I do my very best to be on time for you as well. In the event that I am running behind, time will be added to your session to make up for the late start (if available) or the cost of your service will be adjusted accordingly.

INAPPRORIATE BEHAVIOR

Massage Therapy is solely for relaxation and therapeutic purpose only. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Any gesture, joke, insinuation, or inappropriate request will result in immediate termination of the session. The client will be help responsible for 100% of the service booked regardless of the length of the session. Depending on the severity of the behavior the therapist reserves the right to filed a report with the police department if deemed necessary.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Therapists at Revive Massage Therapy reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. This may include (but not limited to) medical issues where massage may hinder the clients well-being, and the state of mind of the client, such as being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
